This app lets you hire temporary staff, on demand, for as little as 5% of the cost of using an agency. Even at minimum wage, you can save more than £10 versus a 20% agency fee on every 8-hour shift you fill – all without the admin of being the employer. No commitment, no payroll, no hassle. We’ll notify you when there’s something to approve and we’ll manage payments via Direct Debit and one weekly invoice.

▶ HOW DOES IT WORK?

Simply post the available shifts, accept the most suitable applicants and we’ll take care of everything else.

All posted shifts are matched to qualified, available, local people in our network, who receive a notification each time a relevant shift goes live. Workers only see the shifts that match their experience, and can bid for those shifts directly from their mobile app. This saves you time because you only pick from people who are prepared to work at the specified time and rate.

You will be notified each time a worker bids for a shift, enabling you to view the workers profile, watch their video, or make an anonymous call through the app. Suitable workers can be accepted or declined with a swipe, will receive your pre-configured joining instructions automatically and get a calendar reminder to ensure they turn up at the right time and place.
